I’m a data generalist who thrives on solving complex problems and learning emerging technologies. While much of my professional experience is in infrastructure and server automation, my real passion lies in machine learning, computational analysis, and data visualization

I make frequent use of LLMs to give quick answers to small tasks, but I’m always mindful of how confidently wrong they can be. Despite this, I still read API documentation, and often dig into the source code of libraries if documentation is incomplete.

When I’ve been sitting too long, I try to delay the decline of my cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems with running, mountain biking, or lifting weights. When I haven’t had enough of sitting, I unwind by tinkering with web scraping, socioeconomic and financial data, or trading. I occasionally play video game and film soundtracks on a nylon-string guitar. I also have a very bossy 1.5-year-old daughter whose energy output is only rivaled by her appetite.
